Grattamacco Bianco, Bolgheri, Vermentino 2023Tenuta Grattamaccos Bianco Vermentino 2023 is crafted from the oldest Vermentino vines in Bolgheri (some nearly 40 years old) planted on a wind exposed sea facing terrace at 100 m elevation. The wine ferments one third in small barrels and two thirds in steel, then ages six months on leesresulting in a refined, minerally white with excellent structural balance.
